Italy:(International Desk) According to a foreign news agency, Global Times Media Europe Chief Executive Ikramuddin said that I congratulate Zubair Ali on being appointed Director General Fisheries Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and express my best wishes for him. He said that the appointment of Zubair Ali is the best decision of the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Zubair Ali has expertise in development planning, organization, relations with international organizations and technical matters and holds several certificates in fisheries and aquaculture from abroad. Global Times Media Europe Chief Executive Ikramuddin further said that there is a dire need for transparency in institutions and the appointment of honest officers is the best step so that institutions can progress. Only by appointing the best and capable officers can institutions move forward.
