The Hospital Director, concerned Heads of Departments, Director Finance, Nursing Director, and Administrative Officer attended the meeting.Key matters, including necessary recruitment and procurement of equipment, were thoroughly discussed. Participants shared their suggestions to ensure effective operationalization of the unit.The Acting Medical Director instructed the HR Manager to initiate the recruitment process, while the BME team was tasked with preparing a comprehensive equipment list.
